A weekend of introductions, discussions and exploring Washington, DC together, for Guatemalan adoptees 18 and older.
Our third annual meetup and conference brought Guatemalan adoptees together in Washington, DC. The event was open to adoptees 18 and older, with no fee to attend.
Schedule
Friday, March 25: arrivals and hotel check-in.
Saturday, March 26: introductions, ice-breakers and discussions in the hotel conference room, lunch at food trucks or Pollo Campero, then an afternoon exploring DC: the National Museum of the American Indian, the National Gallery of Art, a cherry blossom walk, or hanging out on the National Mall. Dinner together at Pentagon Row.
Sunday, March 27: breakfast at Bob & Edith’s Diner before heading home.
